John Lore is the Managing Partner of Capital Fund Law Group. John has spent his legal career focused on advising emerging fund managers and has answered investment fund legal questions from over one-thousand emerging investment fund managers both internationally and throughout the United States. He has formed more cryptocurrency funds than nearly any other attorney in the world.
Mr. Lore advises investment fund sponsors on all aspects of their business, from capital raising and fund formation to implementation of their business models. His representation of a broad range of asset managers allows him to keep abreast of emerging trends. Prior to founding Capital Fund Law Group, Mr. Lore practiced corporate and securities law at a number of law firms, including in the private securities practice group, resident in the New York City and Moscow offices, of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, one of the largest international law firms in the world.
Bushra Hamid | President | Harvard Undergraduate Blockchain Group
Bushra Hamid is a successful cryptocurrency investor. She is the co-founder and President of the Harvard Undergraduate Blockchain Group, the first blockchain organization at Harvard College, where she is an undergraduate student studying psychology. Bushra oversees the activities and structuring of committees for over 300+ students who have expressed interest in the organization.
Busrha co-founded the National Muslim Women's Summit, an annual conference in collaboration with the Harvard Kennedy School, which is fully funded and endorsed by several organizations that invites young leaders to embark on a year-long leadership fellowship targeting their communities.
Bushra has been active in politics, as an advisory council member to Texas State Representative Ed Thompson, and Congressman Pete Olson. Bushra was featured in London-based radio podcast to discuss her story regarding the immigration ban and the election. Christopher Hall is Counsel in the London office of Harneys Westwood & Riegels where he advises on the establishment and maintenance of all types of Cayman Islands hedge and private equity funds together with advising on a wide range of Cayman and BVI corporate, banking and finance matters. He has over ten years offshore experience. Prior to moving offshore, Christopher worked for Clifford Chance and White & Case in, respectively, their funds and structured finance groups having been originally trained as a barrister specializing in company law. Christopher’s experience also includes secondments to Citigroup, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. He is currently extensively involved in the launch of a variety of funds with a digital asset focus.

Claire Cummings practices financial services law with a focus on regulatory issues, cryptocurrencies and tokens, trading and brokerage documentation and advising both existing and start-up funds and fund managers.
Claire has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and founded Cummings Law following a career in acting for funds, fund managers, brokers and distributors and has spent time as in-house counsel, director and compliance officer of a CTA advising on a wide range of transactions. Claire’s work includes advising on FCA, AIFMD, MiFID II and EMIR issues, advising on cyptocurrencies, token issues/ICOs, setting up funds and drafting fund documentation, acting for brokers, negotiating derivative documentation, setting up fund managers and drafting shareholder and limited liability partnership agreements.
