Mark Ferraro serves as Of Counsel at Capital Fund Law Group. Mark began his legal career at Debevoise & Plimpton, where he gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and private investment fund formation.  In his recent role at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Mr. Ferraro provided guidance on technology solutions in various capacities, including reviewing and managing technology vendors.  Mr. Ferraro has deep subject matter experience in technology, SaaS products, and technology vendor solutions.  Mr. Ferraro was an early entrant in the digital asset sector and works deeply in that ecosystem.  He is very active in overall asset manager communities, regularly attending conferences and events where he provides an advisory perspective. He also keeps abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and key business issues in the capital-raising process through these activities.

Mr. Ferraro attended the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate and graduate-level pursuits. As an undergraduate, he received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received the prestigious Philo Bennett Academic Prize.  He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a concentration in connection with the Wharton School of Economics, where he focused on finance, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. Mark was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law and did a judicial internship for the Hon. Joseph E. Irenas in the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
