Whitney Loftus is the Senior Investment Funds Paralegal at Capital Fund Law Group and has remained a dedicated and essential part of the team since joining the Firm in 2017. Ms. Loftus works directly with the Firm’s clients throughout the fund formation process, from engagement to fund launch.

Ms. Loftus oversees all regulatory compliance filings and registrations and manages our Firm’s ongoing continuing compliance legal services program, which many of our clients utilize. Working alongside Capital Fund Law Group’s Senior Tax Partner, Christopher Rogers, Esq. for many years, Ms. Loftus is his primary contact for all client-related matters.

Before joining Capital Fund Law Group, Ms. Loftus served as an office administrator for a medical facility. She managed an array of administrative tasks, including appointment schedules, greeting visitors, answering phones, and organizing the file systems for the organization. Ms. Loftus obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on Legal Studies from Weber State University. During her time at Weber State, she received a nomination for the Senior Thesis of the Year Award for her exceptional historical research.

Ms. Loftus enjoys the outdoors with her husband and young daughter and is passionate about equestrianism. She frequently participates in Dressage competitions with her equine partner, Fortius. In her downtime, Ms. Loftus continues to pursue her passion for history and legal studies through reading and continued research.
